The Website is offered to You conditioned on Your acceptance without modification of the Terms, Conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”).
Our Platform connects You with freelance administrative assistants who can work remotely or at Your office/reception.
None of the services are provided by LILAHUB UK LTD. The Platform only connects clients with freelance administrative assistants who can work remotely or at the client’s office/reception.
By clicking on the “Accept” button or otherwise using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing this Website and/or undertaking any activity through it, You are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms herein together with any documents or policies referenced or linked.
You may use the Platform only if You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and can form a binding contract with Us under the laws of the Republic of England and Wales.
Unauthorised Users are strictly prohibited from accessing or attempting to access, directly or indirectly, the Platform.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to refuse access to or use of the Platform to any person or entity and to change eligibility criteria at any time.
We provide a Platform through which Clients may connect with freelancers and obtain administrative services, which can be delivered remotely or physically at the Client’s office/reception.
Scope of Services: Services include, without limitation, telephone and email answering, sending correspondence, arranging appointments, document and data handling, and any other administrative work agreed with the Client.
Performance and Availability: Service Providers must perform the Services with due care, skill, and diligence and use best endeavours to promote the Client’s interests. If a Service Provider is unable to provide the Services due to illness or injury, they shall notify the Client and LILAHUB UK Ltd promptly. No fee shall be payable for any period during which Services are not provided.
Authority: Unless specifically authorised in writing by the Client, Service Providers shall not have authority to incur expenditure or bind the Client.
Sub-contracting: LILAHUB UK LTD or a Service Provider may subcontract tasks, remaining responsible for the subcontractor’s performance.
Fees and Invoices: Service fees are as displayed on each freelancer’s profile in the Platform and may differ from freelancer to freelancer. Fees are considered to be accepted and agreed by appointing a freelancer or accepting a bid. Invoices are issued either at the completion of a task or upon agreeing on a task, depending on the nature of the task in question. All invoices are payable upon receipt.
In case of any dispute with the freelancer, the Client is strongly advised to contact the Website’s Admin team via our chat system or by email, stating the nature of the dispute and providing details of the same for investigation.
Payments: Payments may be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard/Maestro, Amex, Diners) via Stripe, or by international bank transfer to LILAHUB UK LTD’s designated account. All payments are in GBP. If payment is made in another currency, card-scheme/bank exchange rates apply.
Late Payment: Overdue amounts bear interest at 3% per annum above the Central Bank of England and Wales reference rate until paid. We may suspend Services for non-payment.
Refunds: Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction—card refunds through the same card; bank-transfer refunds by transfer to the original payer’s account. Timeframe of processing the refund is subject to the relevant Banks’ procedures and processing times. LILAHUB UK Ltd shall accept no liability for any delay due to the said Bank procedures.
Users shall indemnify and hold harmless LILAHUB UK LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from breach of these Terms or violation of law.
You release and waive all claims against LILAHUB UK LTD, its affiliates, and employees arising from Your use of the Platform, including disputes between Users or with Service Providers.
Except for payment obligations, neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including failures of third-party software, network outages, acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or government actions.
